supportGeneral Policies

Recognizing that everyone’s time is valuable and the appointment time is limited, we ask that you provide a 48 hour notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. Impeccable Beatz & Spa reserves the right to charge full price of the service(s) booked for any appointment that is not canceled within a 48 hour advance notice.

You are given a 10 minute grace period. If you are over 10 minutes late your appointment will be automatically canceled. You will also be charged 100% of your service(s) booked.

Unfortunately, if you are sick you will still be charged for your appointment. This does include COVID-19. (In extreme cases we made credit you a small portion)

You will not be able to book any future appointments until the balance is paid. If it is not paid within 7 business days from the date it was due. You will be terminated as a client indefinitely fromImpeccable Beatz & Spa

Please do not bring any extra pets or guests to your appointment. Unless a minor is being serviced. To uphold the safest environment possible we kindly request ONLY those receiving services be present in the service areas.

I understand that if I NO-SHOW to my appointment whether on purpose or by forgetting to cancel. Impeccable Beatz & Spa reserves the right to charge your card 100% of your service(s)

supportRefund & Return Policy

I understand that there are absolutely NO refunds on retainers and payments made when booking an appointment.

I understand that my retainer and full pre-payments are non-transferrable

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any products or services. Once it leaves our clinic it cannot be returned. If you have a defective product or damaged product from shipping please bring it in spa so we may exchange it with the company. Or if you are virtual, please emailimpeccablebeatz@gmail.comwith photos or videos of the damaged merchandise.

supportShipping Policy

Shipping will be calculated in your cart at checkout based on the weight of the product(s) you are purchasing as well as your shipping location.

Check your tracking link, please contact UPS or USPS immediately and file a claim. Impeccable Beatz & Spa is not responsible for lost and stolen packages.

supportVirtual Consultation

Impeccable Beatz & Spa will reach out to you via Facetime, unless you do not have an iPhone. If you do not have an iPhone, please email or text us and we will provide you with a Zoom link.

supportPerson Consultation

You will have a 15-30 minute consultation with Impeccable Beatz, and discuss your skin concerns, and budget. We will create a treatment plan during this consultation.

Acne Bootcamp is a 12 week program that is 90% effective for all types of acne. Acne bootcamp can be done in person and virtually. If you are an in spa patient, you will come in every 2 weeks for an acne peel and we will put you on a full acne regimen

Yes, Impeccable Beatz and spa works by Appointment Only, so please text us the day and time you would like to come in. So we can meet you for your purchase. If not you may order online atimpeccablebeatzandspa.com

We offer a variety of services. You may read the descriptions of each service and book what suits your needs. If you still are unsure you may book a consultation.

Yes! Please use our booking link to schedule avirtual consultation with Impeccable Beatz. Make sure to arrive online with no makeup on.

supportSpa Membership Policy

Cancellation for Membership is simple. Just text or email Impeccable Beatz & Spa saying. I (name) would like to cancel my facial membership. Please cancel before the 8th of the month you would like to cancel to avoid unwanted charges.

I understand that I am authorizing my card to be charged every 8th of the month by Impeccable Beatz & Spa when I sign up for a spa membership.
